We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Orders ship from our US-based warehouses. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Shipping cost

Shipping is FREE on every US order — no minimum purchase, no codes needed.

Tracking your order

Every order includes tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Order page.

Wrong address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at contacto@dralenor.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Because our orders are processed automatically, we can't guarantee changes once an order has been sent to our warehouse — the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of correcting it in time.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days or your package appears lost, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
